Preparation for IEP Meetings – We offer strategic guidance to help you clarify your goals, questions, and concerns before meeting with the school team.

IEP Meeting Attendance – We can join your IEP meetings either virtually or in person, offering real-time support and advocacy.

Drafting Communications with Schools – We assist in creating clear, respectful, and effective written communication to school personnel.

IEP Education & Coaching – We teach you how to navigate the special education system and build your capacity to advocate for your child with confidence.

About the founder

I’m Nathan McNamar — a business coach, facilitator, and father of a child with special needs. I live in northern california with my wife and two boys.

With a background in building high-performing teams through critical thinking, creative problem solving, and collaboration, I’ve seen firsthand how these same principles can transform educational teams.

When parents, educators, and service providers work together toward one shared goal — a happy, successful child receiving a fair and appropriate education — powerful things happen.

My mission is to empower parents and professionals to be confident, effective contributors at the IEP table.
